K-9 Kollege Refund Policy: Our classes are non-refundable unless you cancel seven (7) days before the start of the first class. Our class sizes are limited and by reserving a space for you & your dog means we likely are turning away another client who would like to enroll. If you must withdraw due to unforeseen circumstances, we will, on a case by case basis, consider other options. Any offer made would only apply to the dog that was originally enrolled and is not transferable to any other dog or individual.

I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that the CDC and State of Ohio health authorities are recommending social distancing of at least 6’, the wearing of face masks, frequent hand washing and/or use of hand sanitizers.
I understand that K-9 Kollege and the Clark County Fairgrounds cannot guarantee that I or my family members will not become infected with the Coronavirus/COVID-19.

By placing my initials in the box below I acknowledge that I am voluntarily seeking the services of K-9 Kollege and that I am increasing my risk to exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or becoming infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions or negligence of myself and others. I hereby release and agree to hold K-9 Kollege and the Clark County Agricultural Society harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself with respect to any bodily injury, illness,
death or medical treatment that may arise from or in connection to any service received from K-9 Kollege. I further agree that only one (1) other person living under the same roof as myself, will be allowed to accompany me to classes given by K-9 Kollege while at the Clark County Fairgrounds. This guest will be held to the same guidelines as outlined above.
