K-9 Kollege Refund Policy
Our classes are non-refundable unless you cancel seven (7) days before the start of the first class.  Our class sizes are limited and by reserving a space for you & your dog means we likely are turning away another client who would like to enroll.
If you must withdraw due to unforeseen circumstances, we will, on a case by case basis, consider other options.  Any offer made would only apply to the dog that was originally enrolled and is not transferable to any other dog or individual.
